A Message From Indonesia

Indonesia and Singapore stand at the heart of Southeast Asia, two neighbours bound by geography, deepened by trade, and anchored by the shared conviction that ASEAN’s strength is built on the bilateral relationships within it. The corridor we have built together is among the most consequential in the region, and the next chapter will define how Southeast Asia engages the wider world.

H.E. Suryopratomo

Former Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Singapore · On the bilateral relationship within the ASEAN framework

Successive editions of Sun Media’s Indonesia coverage have carried forewords from successive Indonesian Ambassadors to Singapore and senior trade officials, documenting the Leaders’ Retreat, the creative economy agenda, and the FDI corridor that has made Singapore Indonesia’s leading source of foreign investment.
