BaseCamp’s Six Steps to Summit is a training and sharing initiative where established professionals transfer their knowledge to young people preparing to enter the workforce. The programme is designed for youth aged 18 to 25 and was founded to support Kashmiri Pandit youth in reaching their professional potential.
